Following the announcement of a second lockdown we will now not be taking any bookings from Thursday 5th November with a provisional re opening date of Thursday 3rd December. All holidays which are already booked between these dates, will be offered a full refund. We are working our way through our list of confirmed bookings to arrange payments.

We are making changes to how we operate to ensure we can maintain social distancing and minimise any unnecessary interaction to keep you safe whilst enjoying a relaxing and enjoyable holiday at Yarwell Mill Country Park. We have put together a list of the changes for you to read.
We will not be taking payments onsite. All holidays will need to be paid in full one week before you arrive. If you have chosen to pay a deposit you will be sent a reminder letter 4 days before arrival to pay the outstanding balance.
Once you have completed your booking we require a copy of identification from the lead booker. This can be a passport or drivers licence. Please email through a photo to firstname.lastname@example.org and this will be attached to your booking form.
If you require a barrier card you will need to request one and pay the £10 deposit on the booking form and this will be added to the cost of your holiday.
All barrier card deposits will be refunded when you hand your card back into reception when you leave.
